Privacy Policy

Al‑Nida is built so that what you bring to it stays with you. The app is designed to run fully on your device.

What stays on your device

• Anything you register in the app — a trial, a struggle, a note — is stored on your device only. It is never sent anywhere.
• Prayer times are calculated on the device itself using standard astronomical formulas. If you allow location access, it is used for that calculation and nothing else; you can also set a city manually.
• The Qur'an text and Hadith collections are bundled inside the app so it works offline.

What we don't do

• No user accounts, no sign-in.
• No analytics, no advertising identifiers, no tracking of any kind.
• No sale or sharing of data — there is nothing to sell, because nothing leaves your phone.

Network use

In rare cases the app may fetch a specific verse or reference text from a public source when it is not in the offline bundle. These requests contain no personal information — only the reference being looked up.

Changes

If a future version changes any of this, the policy will be updated here first and the change will be clearly noted in the app.
